Balance Flow

In this class we'll be combining sun salutations with balancing postures.

Finding balance in our body through this challenging yet stimulating flow, bring not only balance to the body but to the nervous system.

This class can be challenging if you are new to yoga but we'll leave you with a sense of accomplishment.

Dynamic Low Intensity

This class is ideal if you are new to yoga or want to get to know our practice.

Energising dynamic class low intensity to build strength, to stretch, detox and unwind.

Expect these classes to be similar every week, giving you confidence on the foundational poses of our yoga practice.

 

Mid Day Strectch

Have a break from your day with a 30mins flow to get you into your breath and dynamic stretches to melt built up tension from your day.
These sessions will reset your nervous system, refresh your body and recalibrate your brain.
Open to all levels.

 

Focus & Stamina

In this class we hold poses for longer and transition through the sequence in intelligent ways to build up the heat.
By holding poses for longer periods of time, you get the opportunity to properly align and position your body within each pose.
Improves our mental stamina and internal focus.
The class includes pranayama and meditation/body scan.

Loosen Up & Let Go!

This slow and gentle vinyasa flow has been created to help you release tension in your body and let go of your day.
Get ready for a good night sleep with a relaxing body scan meditation.
Ideal if you are new to yoga and want to easy introduction.

 

Dynamic Medium Intensity

Expect these classes to be different and challenging, deepening and growing your practice, maybe learning some new poses or going deeper into poses.
Energising dynamic class with medium intensity to increase strength, flexibility, balance and let go of the daily stress.

Power Yoga

One breath, one movement.
This is a fast-paced power yoga flow will build heat and burn away excess tension with energetic sequences that link with your breath.
This class will free up space and challenge your body.
Get ready to sweat!
Ideal for students with some yoga practice under their belt!

 

Practice Evolution

This 75mins class is designed to take you out of your normal patterns and to bring consciousness and mindfulness into your movements.
You will be challenged to leave your comfort zone and any personal ruts, liberating you into awareness in both thoughts and actions.
Options will be given to make this class accessible for all levels with possibilities for handstand and arm balances for those who want it.

Slow Dive

Slow down, relax, and dive deep into 60 minutes of flexibility.
We’ll sink slowly into the body, release areas of tension, calm and center the mind, all while we descend into an abyss of pure bliss.
This is the perfect class to let go of the day/week and bask in some deep, juicy stretches.

These classes are ideal if you are new to yoga or want to get to know our practice.
