If you think Yoga is just for women and feel a bit intimidated by a room full of bendy women doing yoga than join Ian’s Men’s Hot Yoga. You’ll be amazed with the physically of the class!

If you are pregnant or just had a baby you can not miss Ani’s class. Ani’s has such a loving way to share the benefits of yoga to help women during pregnancy and postnatal that you’ll feel like you don’t want to class to finish.
Yoga for C
We are so proud to have in our community some great teachers that can look after the children while parents are exploring their yoga practice. Dawn is an experienced Art Therapist working with young people and children. Book your children into a morning with yoga and creativity.
In the afternoon we’ll have crafting activities with Potty Peggy’s crafts, bringing children’s focus into doing something creative with their hands. Connecting with their bodies through the art of making something is a great meditation state.
Our children's activities are for ages 5-13years.
We love that lunchtime will be such a relaxing informal gather of everyone, to share some food, experiences and re-energise to go back for some more amazing workshops and relaxing yoga.
And because food is an important part of our life’s we have a raw desert workshop, just after lunch…. Yyuummmyyyyy. Marylin is passionate about creating delicious plant-based food and conveniently after lunch will have us preparing a raw dessert.
If you are in need of some inspiration to make changes in your life, Bene together with Marianne will be sharing How to feel balanced in your life in 90 days? and Pranayama’s - Breathing techniques to reduce stress. You will leave this workshop with tools to go back into your life and start making the changes you need. Don’t miss it!!!
Getting closer to the end of the day we have prepared for you Mindfulness, Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra. Styles of yoga that allow the body and your mind to relax completely. Everyone will get together for these 2 classes, children love joining the adults in this relaxation and it will be a great way to end the day.
All for a great cause!
The most amazing thing is to be able to raise money to No Limits Charity, a local charity that helps young people in different areas of their life’s.
The £15 you pay will be for the whole day, to attend as many classes as you want, children are free and all the proceeds go to No Limits Charity,
