I’m not sure who coined the phrase above but it couldn’t be truer, we all know we should be eating a healthy diet but most never seem to make the change or at best only last a few weeks and then it’s back to the same old food, and we wonder why we have so many health problems.
Now I’m no food guru and I don’t claim to be, but what I do know, is what goes into my body.
Let me introduce you to the green smoothie, a complete drink that can be very quickly made and slowly enjoyed. Unlike juicing which I am a great fan of as well, smoothies lock in more of the whole food goodness.
