Comfortable clothing that allow you to move with ease when you sweat. We practice bare feet. Women tend to wear leggings or shorts and a top. Men tend to wear shorts, leggings, a loose t-shirt or vest.
Our studio is heated to help the body work out safely and effectively, whilst encouraging sweating. Classes are challenging and have a big focus on the breath. Our dynamic yoga classes contain a flow from posture to posture and each class is sequenced differently by the teacher. The studio is heated to approx. 30 degrees.
Yes. Our classes get busy and we limit the number of mat spaces. You can create an account with us and book your space online. We recommend you arrive at least 5 minutes early to class as late-comers cannot be admitted.
Yoga is for everyone. We understand that we all have different bodies, hence why we created a yoga class designed for men and to target the body areas that men need to work the most. Have a look at our schedule.
If you had a regular yoga practice before pregnancy then it may be suitable for you to continue to do so during pregnancy, adapting certain poses when necessary. However, if you are brand new to yoga, it is recommended that you start with our Pre-natal classes, please check the schedule.
