Classes & FAQ

Beginners Class

This class will focus on basic alignment and breathing. No experience in yoga required for this class. Create a stable platform of basics in this class which you can take into all other classes at In Balance Hot Yoga. 

All Levels Class

Expect these classes to be different, yet with enough familiarity. 

A good balance of flow, energy, strength, intensity, and compassion, empathy and loving kindness. 

Leave this class free of the weight of the mind and with lightness, joy and and enthusiasm. 

FAQs

What should I wear?

Comfortable and with some stretch fabric. It is hot yoga, you will sweat,  so bring clothes that allow you to move once their are wet.


I've never done yoga before can I attend an all levels class?

We don’t restrict you from attending a class unless your doctor advises against it. Let our teachers know if you’re a newcomer.


Do you have changing and shower facilities. 

There are toilets as part of Picturehouse  cinema but no shower and changing facilities.

FAQ

I'm not flexible, can i still attend your yoga classes? 

We don’t expect you to be flexible or strong before attending a class, and we aim to help you develop a balance of both over your practice. 


If you’re new to In Balance Hot Yoga, we’d recommend attending our Beginner’s yoga classes and Beginners Workshop for a few weeks until you’re comfortable to join our All Levels yoga classes.
